Golf is the main sporting activity at the Club. The Club has over 100 acres of land most of it occupied by the Golf Course and the rest by beautiful flora of indigenous and exotic trees at the edge of either side of the Fairways. It is a beautiful site to walk through especially from the Club House to the highest Point near Mt. Kenya Hospital at the 5th Green (1,872 meters above Sea Level). On clear skies one sees Mount Kenya from its peak, down to our world famous "Kerio Valley", where holes No. 6 & 15 , 7 & 16 are located.

The Nine hole course located on the slopes of Aberdare Mountains, has the most challenging landscape and breath-taking natural scenery nich named "Kerio Valley", rising from a height of 1.870 Meters a.s.l. the par Five, 530m long at the 15th Tee and dropping to 1,844m a.s.l. at the Green, is probably the most scenic signature hole [No. 6/15]  in the world over.
